CLASS
DESCRIPTIONS
- PILATES
MAT: This
class puts emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance
for the entire body. It focuses on full body movements
and core stabilization.
- LO
AEROBICS: This class will utilize moderate
and low impact movements to give you an awesome cardiovascular
workout. Also, tone up with a strength and abs segment.
All levels.
- FITBALL:
This class is the latest & greatest workout
for all fitness enthusiasts to add to their repertoire.
This class specifically emphasizes core muscle groups
and balance while getting a very dynamic body workout.
- READY
STEP GO!: Not just a great step class
but also experience the circuit training benefits
of speed, agility and power. Exercises done both on
the step and the floor. All levels.
- CARDIO
STEP: A
creative step workout that is fun and challenging
without being intimidating. This class gives you a
longer cardiovascular segment.
- KNOCK-OUT:
The 30-minute version of your favorite kickbox
class. You will get the intensity you desire with
easy to follow drills. Workout is for all levels of
fitness.
- T.B.C.
(Total Body Conditioning):
Cardiovascular and muscular workout using a variety
of styles. (step/hi-lo/box/resistance and circuit
training) T.B.Cardio will focus entirely on Cardio.
These classes are formatted for all levels of fitness.

- KICKBOX:
This is a dynamic,
exciting upper and lower body workout by combining
punches with variations of kicks. Add our 12oz. gloves
to this workout for an awesome cardio challenge. (Please
use weight gloves or hand wraps while using boxing
gloves.)
- BOX
INTERVAL:
Get high-energy cardio kickboxing combos done in an
interval training format. (using weights and resistance
training) All levels.
- YOGA:
An hour long
class of relaxation with emphasis on developing body
consciousness and increasing flexibility. This
class will help you release tension physically, emotionally
and mentally. You will finish feeling strong, stretched
and centered.
- PIYO:
PIYO is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. PIYO moves
at a comfortable pace from one pose to another, and
from exercise to exercise. Exercises are performed
both seated and while standing. This class will provide
you with back, abs and trunk training as well as relaxation.
All levels.
- NEW
YORK CITY BALLET WORKOUT:The NYCB Workout
allows anyone to experience both the leanness and
flexibility ballet can impart to one’s limbs
as well as the peace and relaxation it can bring to
one’s mind. Perfect for anyone of any age. Male
and female no dance experience needed.
- CARDIO
DANCE: This is the class you've been
waiting for. Dance, have fun and get a great workout.
Varieties include Latin, 80's, Oldies, Hip Hop, Swing,
Salsa and many more easy to follow routines. Offered
once a month. Bring your friends! All levels.
- REP
REEBOK: This class uses a combination
of hand weights, barbell equipment and isometrics
to build muscle strength and endurance. A weight lifting
class like no other!!!
- BOOT
CAMP: This class utilizes exercises,
such as calisthenics and sports drills, which are
designed to increase aerobic capacity and anaerobic
power in conjunction with resistance training to increase
muscular strength and definition. All exercises are
centered around a myriad of training techniques designed
to push you to your personal best. This class is easy
to follow, fun, yet intense and created for any fitness
level.
- CYCLE
REEBOK: This indoor group cycling class
incorporates outdoor cycle movements performed to
great music for a motivating and fun cardiovascular
workout. Novice to advanced riders are encouraged
to attend as the intensity level is easily adjusted
up or down to suit all levels of exercisers. (Please
sign-up at the front desk prior to class. Additional
fees apply.)
- AQUA
: This is a 45 min. workout that will
challenge your body through resistance for an overall
stimulating workout from head to toe.
